The Heart of Eggert 

The Character Education Committee developed behavioral matrices to create a school-wide language and set school-wide expectations for the positive behaviors we want our students to display.  Matrices were created for the bus, cafeteria, hallway and classroom where we identified the specific behaviors we would expect to see in those locations around the school.

Children who earn a “heart” will be recognized at the various assemblies we hold throughout the school year. Your child will bring their “heart” home for you to celebrate and encourage their continued character as demonstrated in the school setting.
