    Supply Lists for 2018-19
    Grades K-5

    As part of our Safety Plan, we have evacuation bags.  We would like to ask each parent to send in a heavy sweatshirt labeled with the child’s name.  They will be returned at the end of the year. 

    Please label all items with your child's name.

    Kindergarten
    -- 1 primary ruled composition notebook
    -- (2) composition notebooks (wide ruled)
    -- 1 art smock or t-shirt for art
    -- 1 towel – for rest time (no pillows please) (must be able to fit in cubby)
    -- backpack – large enough to carry papers, art projects and lunch box.  (please – no book bags with wheels)
    -- (1) vinyl pocket folder – (take home folder)
    -- (1) red vinyl pocket folder with prongs
    -- (1) green paper pocket folder – no prongs
    -- Fiskars blunt tipped children’s scissors
    -- (6) packs of Crayola crayons (24 count). Please no scented, twistable or sparkle crayons.
    -- (1) box Crayola markers (8 Count), fine point
    -- pack of #2 pencils (please no mechanical) - pre-sharpened
    -- 2 large pink erasers
    -- supply box- 1 large sturdy zipper pencil case (no plastic)
    -- (15) large ELMER’S gluesticks
    -- dry erase markers (4 black low odor)
    -- 1 large old sweatshirt, labeled with name (for emergency use)

    ** It is advisable that your children wear sneakers daily because they go outside for recess and for gym class. Also, for classroom safety.
    ** Please label all towels, t-shirts, boots, jackets, snow pants and all outerwear with your child’s name.

    -- 1 thin highlighter – fine tip
    -- 3 low odor fine tip dry erase markers – black only

    Consumable items that may need to be replenished throughout the year:

    -- (6) solid color 3 pronged vinyl pocket folders:
             (1) of each color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. (We understand finding specific colors can be a challenge. We color code by subject so these specific colors and prongs will help with organization and locating materials easily.)
    -- (4) large glue sticks
    -- (1) box of 12 thin tip markers*
    -- (1) black Sharpie marker
    -- (1) box 24 crayons*
    -- (4) black and white composition books
    -- (1) yellow highlighter
    -- (4) 3” x 3” Post-It Note Pads

    You may want to consider using these items from last year:

    K - 2

    -- comfortable clothing for gym days (no dress up clothing or dresses, please)

    Grades 3 - 5
    -- Locker rooms are used to change into gym clothes.
    -- If your child isn't prepared with the proper safe attire, he/she will not be permitted to participate.
