The Quaker Yearbook is a book created by students, for students. 

Its creation is a learning experience for all students involved. 

Ordering a 2023-2024 Yearbook

How To Order

Online sales will being on September 10th. Go to https://www.yearbookordercenter.com/ and enter school code: 4747. Online orders end on February 1, 2024. 

For the 2023-2024 school year, sales will be online only. Furthermore, you MUST pre-order your book by February 1, 2024

Yearbook Cost

The cost of the 2023-2024 yearbook is $55.   

You may choose to purchase the following additions to your book:

All books and additions must be pre-ordered by February 1, 2024. We will not have extra books available to sell after this date. 

Senior Portrait Information

Senior Portrait Guidelines

We encourage ALL SENIORS to use the school provided photographer for senior portraits, Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch, as they are aware of all of Orchard Park High School’s requirements for senior portraits. For questions about Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch, please contact 716-633-4466. 


Senior Portraits are scheduled to be taken during the summer: August 7rd - August 11th & 14th  8:30am to 3:00pm

Senior Portrait Make-Ups will be September 20th


Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch provides all OPHS seniors with the following: 

• Free retouching if portraits are chosen by deadline (October 27, 2023) 

• Free digital submission of your portrait to the OPHS Yearbook

• Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch will be sending more information home over the summer


Should you choose to use another photographer, be advised that we require the following: 

• A professional portrait

• A color portrait: no black and white, sepia, etc.

• Blue, grey or earth tone SOLID backgrounds (no graphics, no outdoor shots/scenes, etc.)

• A traditional head & shoulders shot facing the camera (no sitting poses with legs visible, no props, no hats, no sideways poses, etc.)

• Dress code: If you do not follow this dress code, you will not be pictured! 

o Absolutely no hats 

o Business Casual Attire is minimally required (no t-shirts, no tank tops, no strapless shirts). You are welcome to wear more formal attire (suit, tux, drape) if you prefer. 

• Please submit photo in the highest resolution possible 

• Portrait size should be equivalent to print dimensions of 2.25” x 3.00” and head size not exceeding 1 1⁄4” from top of head to chin


If your portrait does not meet ANY of the aforementioned requirements, it will not be printed in the yearbook. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. A professional photographer will be able to meet these requirements, but it is your responsibility to tell your photographer the requirements for the yearbook. Your photographer may contact the yearbook advisors at 209-6381 or OPHSYearbook@opschools.org with any questions regarding meeting these specifications. Please be advised that the yearbook advisors will not be checking voicemail/email over the summer.

Senior Portrait Submission

• Portraits may be uploaded into our software directly at: www.hjeshare.com (This link will take you to the Herff Jones eShare site)

• Photos can also be submitted via CD/DVD/zip drive to the yearbook mailbox in the House 1 office. Please label with the student's name and homeroom so that we may return the CD/DVD/zip drive to the student.

• If submitting on a CD/DVD/zip drive, please submit photos in .jpeg file format only

Senior Quotes/I Wills


Information regarding senior quotes and I Wills will be available online and sent via student email in early October. Due November 3, 2023.


The Way We Were and Senior-Freshman Siblings Photos


All additional photos are due by Friday, December 8th.

Physical photos can also be dropped off to the Yearbook Mailbox in the House 3 office. Please make sure physical photos are labeled with your student's name and homeroom number. Physical photos will be returned to your student in homeroom at the end of the school year.


The Way We Were: Parents/guardians may submit one photo per senior student of their child to be included in "The Way We Were" section of the book. Typically this is a photo of your student from their childhood (baby pictures, first birthday, first day of kindergarten, etc.). We also welcome group photos of scouting troops, school trips, field days, etc. Group photos may be submitted in addition to the one photo per senior student. We will include these as space allows. If submitting a group photo, please label with the names of everyone in the photo, when possible. Minimally, please label what the photo is and an approximate date (For example, "Mrs. Sall's 2nd Grade Class Zoo Field Trip, June 2012". 


Senior-Freshman Siblings: Parents/guardians may submit one photo per senior student of the student with his or her sibling, if the sibling is a freshman during the 2023-2024 school year.
